Your website can consist of basic information and links for $150 per page (five pictures and ten links per page max). If you require the use of ecommerce, database, or flash content, this can be applied at an additional fee. At the basic layout rate, a five page site can be designed for $750. A web hosting fee must be applied annually or biannually after the first year. We can provide an initial 12 month hosting service for no additional fee. If you supply all photos and only require a basic well designed setup, you can have your site up and running for between $150 (basic 1 page) and $750 (basic 5 page) with nothing else to pay for 12 months.
We also offer to create your site in spanish (español) or combined with english as the primary. If you require duplicated sites in english and spanish, this can be done at an additional $75 per page.

The hosting service we provide can be beneficial to you. It provides support for applications, statistics, and email. We provide updates, additional content, search engine optimization, and email client setup at low costs.
Your email client setup should be done by your appointed system administrator. If you do not have a system administrator, we can provide instructions. If you do not wish to use your new site for your primary email, we can forward all email to the email address of your choice at no additional cost to you.
Note: We will not make customer premise visits unless you are located in the Houston metro area. All hosting service requests must be made by email or phone.
The basic layout can be finished in as little as two weeks. Web applications such as Java, flash, search engines, and databases require more time to produce, and depending on the specifications, may take longer than the initial two week period. We can publish your site while these projects are being completed as long as full payment, minus the unfinished applications, is received.
After the site has been agreed upon as finished and published, we will guarantee a free investigative ticket for any problems that arise with the site. This investigation will give feedback to the owner of the site and if it is an error on our part, the problem will be fixed immediately at no charge. If you are not hosting through us, we will not be able to fully assist you with site trouble.
Designing a site can be time consuming and requires dedication for the task. Therefore, A requirement of 25% of the estimated cost must be received before the project can begin. After a logo and layout is agreed upon, we will need an additional 25% before continuing the project. The cost of hosting for the first year is free. The final 50% of cost for the site must be paid prior to publishing the site. You will be supplied a temporary link to review the site VIA email for every milestone. When you are fully statified with the result, we will request the next or final payment.
The hosting service must be paid annually or biannually after the site is published. We can not accept monthly payments. The hosting and update fees will be billed to you as per basis and 30 days prior to domain expiration at the billing address you supply.
